Hi! I’m Nina, a freelance writer, copywriter, and editor based in New York City. I was previously the features editor at Food & Wine, where I produced the magazine’s monthly Backstory column and wrote, assigned, and edited everything from chef profiles and personal essays to recipe-driven features. Before joining the team at F&W, I was a grad student at Columbia Journalism School. And before that, I was in college at the University of Pennsylvania, where I studied English and Theater Arts. My personal heroes include Serena Williams and Dan Levy, and I think London is the best food city in the world.
